"On Friday, March 1st, I was referred by my doctor to American Health, who thankfully had same-day availability. When I arrived, I was a ball of nerves, so much so, that my body was shaking. When Shirelle called me to the back, she noticed how nervous and scared I was, and gave me the warmest smile and professional friendliness. She walked me through the procedure and made me feel at ease and more comfortable, which was difficult to do amidst all that was going on that day. I could tell that she was busy that day, seeing quite a few patients, before and after me; but she made me feel heard and not rushed. She took her time to make sure I was comfortable. I really can’t say enough about Shirelle. She was so professional, courteous, kind, and patient-focused. I extend my heartfelt thank you to Shirelle for her care."
"The X-ray technician was wonderful and very knowledgeable and the mammogram was the most pleasant I’ve ever had thanks to her. The online application didn’t work because I put 0 for breastfeeding (had 3 babies) also I’ve never been through any menopause but there was no place to put that information."

Facilities were clean. The process was efficient and painless. The nurse Kathy who did my exam was simply amazing… kind, gentle, professional and patient.
