"The facility was nice, the staff pleasant, but they did not send my results to myself or my doctors for 10 days (the paper they give patients says it will be sent in 2-3 days). And that was only after I called 2 times. I was then lied to about the date the results had been emailed. I wasted over 30 minutes on hold and with representatives just to get something that should have already occurred. I will not return to a Solis facility."
