"I completed a study with them last year. They asked me to come in for a follow up study. It is completely different than what I experienced last year. They are poorly organized. The visit took 2.5 hours, there is no compensation for gas money and I may no longer be willing to continue the study."

I participated in a study a couple years ago, and I still receive phone calls today about joining more studies. I have blocked so many numbers I lost count. So unless you want the to harass you and sell your phone number to other research facilities, don’t bother participating"

"I went through a study last year, it was quick, smooth and easy. I was contacted to participate in a new study last month. They set up an appointment, I drove to Tomball, they told me the study has not started yet, there was a communication problem and they would call me when it was ready. That was a long drive for me, no gas money, just out of my pocket. I just let it go, mistakes happen. I received a call back, set up an appointment for Friday, 2:00pm. It was supposed to be a double appointment with $100.00 if I was accepted, then I would proceed to the study location. One I got there I was told the Flu shot study had been again postponed (with out notification) but that they had a RSV/COVID study. Do not know enough to understand what that was, I was approved for that one, but again it was postponed also. They gave me a $25.00 card and told me they would let me know when it was restarted. That did not even cover my gas, I will think twice before I go through this again. You will have a hard time getting volunteers if you treat them this way. "Update, if you all pay attention notice the African American people said they have been treated a certain way..they are racist! When it comes to helping AA they don't or have an attitude..the black girl behind the desk thinks she's white! There's a lot to say! Dr Miller has a problem with black people. The blonde girl behind the desk is rude. I kept telling them that my arm is hurting and she only said apply ice! I had to beg them to look at it and it's the same arm where I got a vaccination from them. I'm ready for this clinical trial to be over. They lie...if you're not Caucasian, they will overlook you!! Nobody can tell me when my next appointment is"
