"The staff was so nice! They really took their time to explain every step of the procedure that had to be done to our dog Toby! We appreciate the staff so much for taking him in despite them being really busy. They answered all our questions and were so kind. Also they updated us on everything that happened during his stay! "TLDR: We had an emergency and this wonderful team took care of our pup and we were able to take her home the same night. Our 9 month old pup got a laceration that needed stitches last night. We called to see if there was a wait time as other urgent care places we drove to first had long wait times. In a calm and empathetic manner Angelica, the kind staff member that picked up the phone, listened to us as we frantically explained our situation and told us to come by. We made the hour trip to them and when we arrived we were quickly put into a room. Madison came in and gathered more information about Luna and Dr. G came in quickly afterwards. She told us her recommended course of action and why after accessing the situation. Because she was able to thoroughly explain everything in a calm straightforward manner we knew that our pup was in good hands. As Madison took her back to be sedated, we could immediately hear the team gush about our girl. We also heard someone say she was so excited to see them she happy peed! That gave us a laugh which we really needed so shout out to the awesome team in the back that gave her lots of love! Our pup was ready to be picked up only about 2 hours later. Aftercare instructions were provided in a folder and were reviewed everything with Madison before we left. We also received an unexpected but lovely follow up call this morning to check in on how she’s doing. Our experience with the level of care received from the True Companion team is top notch. I hope we never have an emergency in the middle of the night again but if we do we know where to go. Thank you Dr. G and the rest of the True Companion Team!"

The employees there are super nice and they will answer all of your questions to the best of their ability. I can tell my dog enjoys being around them and allows them to do their job.
