They made sure my wife had a peace of mind from day 1 till the delivery date. Office Manager Ashley Nguyen walked us through everything prior to the delivery date and made sure my wife was in preparation for the baby. After our son was born, they constantly followed up with us to make sure my wife health was in good shape postpartum. I highly recommend Dr Bui for anyone who looking for a smooth process of having a kid."

"I have seen Dr. Bui since 2011 and I love her. I just started seeing Shanna last year when I found out I was pregnant and she’s awesome! Shanna has made me feel comfortable my entire pregnancy, she’s honest, compassionate, and VERY INFORMATIVE. Shanna held a baby class for all current pregnant patients and she answered everyone’s questions with as much information. The class put my mind at ease and gave me a true idea what to expect and helpful tips. I would 100% recommend Dr. Bui and her midwife Shanna for any new patients."

"Highly recommend. FINALLY found a doctor who listened, believed me, and showed knowledge and understanding after 17 years of other doctors. She assessed and got me in for surgery quickly after only a few tests. This is the 3rd surgery for my issue, and this was by and far the best surgery and recovery I have had of all 3. Dr. Bui is definitely worth seeing. Friendly staff that is understanding and listens, as well. My follow-ups since the surgery have been great, as well. Whether with Dr. Bui or one of the midwives."

"I honestly should've known prior to coming here due to the poor ratings but I gave the office a chance and I deeply regret it. Pregnancy should be an enjoyable experience and no one in their office has any compassion or communication skills. The ultrasound tech is very cold and unwelcoming. They had me sign a contract stating all prenatal visits were included, yet when I went for an ultrasound I received a bill and was told that was not included. They do not communicate beforehand and guide you through the process. They never scheduled my c section I had to call them 3 times as well as the hospital to have it done. You will have a very hard time getting ahold of them- they do not answer their phones/ what others say is true. I went for my follow up to my c section and no one bothered to communicate that the provider was not physically in the office. I understand Dr Bui will get called for deliveries, but I waited 45 minutes after my appointment time to find this out. I will never return to this office and I recommended you find another office with caring staff to help make your pregnancy enjoyable. I should include: Dr. Bui is extremely intelligent, competent, and I trust her care. The system in place and staff make it hard for her patient base to return. I hope changes are made so she can continue her care because she is great, office system and staff not so much."
