"Recently spoke with Ashlynn Casimir in customer support with Texas Diagnostics to handle a shipping change for some lab work and she went above and beyond what I have ever experienced in customer support. I couldn't be happier with how helpful and genuinely nice she was to me after a stressful day. People like Ashlynn can change your day from an awful one to a great one. It means so much when dealing with a company's customer support when they have someone like her that's both excellent at their job, but also shows that they truly care about solving any issues you may have and then go out of their way to make sure you're happy before ending the call. Thank you Ashlynn and Texas Diagnostics for helping me in a time of need."

"My husband and I received a bill from my insurance provider notifying us we owed $400 each for a COVID test that was supposed to be free. Contacted Texas Diagnostic and was given John Baptist information to call and email. I called, left a voicemail and emailed. No response. I called back and was told by Texas and my insurance not to pay the bill, that it was coded wrong. The nice lady on the phone is the only reasonable person we’ve spoken to, but she isn’t able to solve the problem because apparently only John Baptist handles billing. After about 3 calls to Texas to get this corrected, with John never responding, an email was sent to John from the lady who answers the phone. His boss was copied on the email and he supposedly responded immediately saying it would be handled the next day. Another week- 2 weeks have passed, still nothing from John. So I called again today. I want proof in writing that we should not have to pay these bills. If I could give one star I would. I completely feel like this company takes advantage of the pandemic and is fraudulently profiting off of this. I will be reporting such to the Department of Justice for Covid-19 fraud."

"I took my covid test 6 days ago and I am still waiting on my test results. I have sent several emails and I have tried to call several times but I can't leave a voice message because the mailbox is full and they aren't taking any messages at this time. This place is very unprofessional I even went back by the testing site and got the same run around but as of yet I still have no test results for my covid test taken 6 days ago. If I could give 0 stars I would. Let me reiterate, I'm still waiting for my covid test results."

"No results and No response to email. Offered mouth swab the morning of Dec 30th with instructions to check email and text within 24 hrs for results. It's more than 48hrs and still no results or response to email. Phone calls to company go unanswered and loop you back around before disconnecting you. This company appears unreliable and therefore makes me wonder how reliable my test results will be."
