"They do NOT pick up their phone. I called every single day (multiple times a day) for nearly 2 weeks to schedule an appointment. Had to ultimately find another imaging center even though HCA north cypress was the closest/most convenient location for me. I recommend going elsewhere and saving yourself the headache/wasted time and energy."

"These people literally do not answer their phones. I've tried for weeks (actual weeks) to get a hold of somebody and never does anyone call me back even if I leave a voicemail. I believe that the primary scheduling line (which you get to after hitting option 3, then 3 again, then 1) is purposely programmed to repeat the same line with no pause between (no elevator music) so that staying on hold is too annoying to do. It's unacceptable that someone was allowed to program the 'busy' recording that way. Then, if I do get through, they transfer me to yet another scheduling department (my doctor's, apparently). This department leaves their hold music on all day. You can wait for 30 minutes, one hour, two hours - they won't pick up. Day in, day out, you can call morning, afternoon, etc. They're 'helping another customer', according to the recording. You can leave them a voicemail, but they don't call back. Someone or a group of people flagrantly aren't doing their jobs. I've never left a google review, but today I had to. This needs to be looked into by management."

"Do NOT go here for blood tests! They told me it would be covered by my insurance then charged me $450 out of nowhere and never gave me my results! Meanwhile another woman was crying in the hospital next to me because she was being charged $3,000 for a blood test! This place is insane when it comes to blood test money fraud! Please be aware they will sick a debt collector on you immediately as well if you don’t pay fast! This place is illegally scamming people on purpose and I wouldn’t be surprised if they get slapped with a lawsuit from it. Please check the Yelp reviews and see how many people they’ve done this to."

"these people do want business, so stay away from them. there is no online appointment scheduling and if you want to schedule over the phone, there is a 20 minute delay per person in queue. if you care about your health and your loved ones, advise against this business. btw, i received a call back 3 days after i initially tried to schedule an appointment."

"First they don’t verify your benefits with your insurance before they perform any work on you (lab work), instead they make your problem afterwards. Second, I never seen a place with rude employees like this one before, unbelievable, every time I call I get transferred from a rude customer associate to another. Very glad Memorial Herman has opened up down the road."
