"I drove almost 40 mins to arrive at this location to get my drug screening test conducted on behalf of my employer. I arrived at 3:58 PM to find no one at the reception, while I could hear people talking inside. After a few minutes a lady showed up at the counter to tell me that we have closed at 4 pm, despite the fact that the website and the document from LABCORP showed open timings of 5 pm. I requested her if she could get my test conducted as the timings show on the test confirmation is 5 pm - but she was very rude and told me that the kiosks wont work and I have to come back next week. Terrible - Terrible experience and customer service"

"They are correct there is no receptionist at front, they ask you to log in on tablets and it's pretty easy to do it. I was in and out in 30+ minutes without an appointment made. The staff are no nonsense get you in and out so friendly but not going to chitchat with you so to some might seem unfriendly. They had a waiting room with chairs plenty of hand sanitizer. Just wanting to share updated info since this place gets so much bad reviews."

"Believe everything you read... This place needs new management. The customer service is horrible. No one at the front desk. Was told they don't do that... Just choose anywhere but here... I had an appointment and arrived 5 minutes early.... No seats were available and you could hear "the professionals" talking loudly amongst themselves with no sense of urgency and definitely not acknowledging anyone... No point in an appointment..."

"The Park Row Katy, TX location is efficient. Great check in process. Latasha B was the best at drawing blood. I asked her to let me know when she was putting the needle in and she was already done! I didn’t feel a thing."

"Friendly staff. When you get there, just go check in at the kiosk on the right because they will still tell you to do that. Ensure you have your ID, ensure you have the physicians order or requisite for testing if not there might be some delays. Do not schedule anything at 12pm, that’s usually the beginning of their hour break. If you can, call there before you go there, to ensure the test can be done there and that the order is still valid (hasn’t expired). When you get into the building, make a right and then a left, the room is just at the end of the hallway."
