"I looked at reviews of Methodist centers within a reasonable distance from my home. I chose Methodist West because it had the most favorable ones and I was not disappointed. I truly had exceptional service. I knew I had a mass going in. The experience I had at this center was compassionate and comprehensive. I was well cared for! Heidi cared to do the images with just the right pressure. Timeca talked me through the ultrasound and told me where I could find the soft bra I would need--Walmart!. And Telissa "held my hand" with great compassion. I stayed at Methodist West with Dr. Arentz and Dr. Abunonu. It was a good decision."

"Update: 5 stars. Beautiful waiting area, state of the art equipment. Elayne, my mammographer, did an excellent job and is very skilled. Brittney at the front desk was super friendly and made the check in process simple! Thank you This poor rating doesn’t speak for the quality of care because unfortunately I did not get to experience it. I scheduled this screening with 2 different schedulers over the phone. I check in at the front desk to be told I do not meet the criteria to be seen without an order because I’m under 40. While I respect the criteria, what I don’t appreciate is schedulers not following the criteria to schedule. I gave my date of birth many times. Also, I was not even the first person this happened to this week and it’s only Wednesday. Thank you for wasting my time. I’m a new patient as well and this is an extremely poor impression left on me. UPDATE: I received the most impressive service recovery from Precious and am rescheduled. I will update my post and rating afterwards."

"Had a great experience. Staff was super polite and accommodating. Mammograms can be uncomfortable but Elayne was so patient and made me feel so comfortable. She did a great job. The front desk staff (Cristina and Mary) were also great. I love Houston Methodist. They always go above and beyond. Always my first choice."

"From the front desk to all the staff in the back, an amazing place. Everyone was incredibly friendly and compassionate. Honestly, it was like walking into a spa. Results are posted on a patient portal fairly quick so no guessing or waiting for a primary doctor to get around to calling. Easy access off of Katy freeway and parking was available right at the entrance."
