"Original install went great, but after problems with the openers, could never get them to come repair. Was told on two occasions they would be there but they never showed up, and didn't call or text to provide an update. After months of calls and messages with excuses or no response at all, I'm still without a working garage door."

"My garage door tension spring cable snapped unexpectedly after I parked my car in the garage one day . I wasn’t able to manually raise the door -I was stuck. I started scouring the web for garage door repair shops that serviced my area. The first one couldn’t get me in for a week, the second one didn’t have any availability for several days. Several days of being home bound or forced to foot it? …I’m starting to feel like an animal in a cage and am pretty desperate by the time Jerry from All About Doors answered my call …and my prayers. He moved some things around on the schedule and had someone out that afternoon. Restored the same day. Then I braced myself for the bill -and shocked at how reasonable it was for same day repair. I can say that they are definitely about more than just doors-they are ALL about service."
"I don't post many reviews, but will go ahead here because Jerry and his team deserve it. Excellent execution and communication. In the two trips to my home, which I was told it would be from the start, Jerry and his service tech were polite, professional, and executed their work. Also note, for both trips, they showed up when they told me they would. Like on time, exact. I'm impressed and I would recommend this company with no concerns."
"Very unsatisfied with the quality of materials used. Jerry REFUSED to use pressure treated lumber knowing that it would be exposed to the elements and he was even asked to use it. Jerry also refused to wrap the exposed lumber when asked to do so. Jerry also pulled his men off from our jobsite to go and do some work back at his shop. I DON'T RECOMEND ANYONE TO USE ALL ABOUT DOORS."
