He spent a lot of time and energy thinking of ways to solve our issue that wouldn’t cost us an arm and a leg. He taught us a bunch of things about our rig in the process. He was the most reasonably priced person we’ve ever worked with and found our time with him to be extremely valuable. I cannot recommend him highly enough."
"We were having issues with our water heater. Being relatively unfamiliar with the area I had no idea which mobile RV repair company would be good so I called up Google, did a search, closed my eyes and put my finger on one. I got lucky. Tom was very quick to respond. He went through a cycle of troubleshooting steps, tested some circuits and cleaned some of the wire connections. He also gave me a brief education on some switch positions so I would know what to check in the event of future issues. Tom is very personable, as is Kandi on the phone. Highly recommended."
