"I have personally recommended Blue Star Imaging to a few family/friends that needs to receive imaging, from the front desk to the techs in the back, everyone is so attentive to the patient's needs. The pricing is also very fair! I highly recommend this place if for all of your imaging needs!"
"Not sure why all the positive reviews. My experience was very poor. My Dr sent the order down, Blue Star called and said they didn't take medicare and I was ok with that. Told them I also had Aetna. Said they could check but would need an order from my Dr. My response was that they had to already have the order since they called me. They seemed confused and said they would check with Dr (in the same building) and get back to me the next day. After a week, I called them. Again confusion but would call right back. A week later I called them. They said they didn't take Medicare. De ja vu all over again."
"This place saved me $4000. STRIC tried to tell my doctor I needed 4 MRI scans, my insurance said I needed to pay $1k per scan, and their non-insurance cost was $4k also. I switched the order to Blue Star, and not only did they tell me I only needed one scan, but that my max out of pocket (if I didn’t use insurance) was $450. NEVER USE STRIC"
"This place is amazing!! Shayne up front is friendly and efficient!! The facility is immaculate and everyone involved from start to finish is professional and prompt. Their cash pay prices for CT and MRI are hands down…the lowest around. If you need a CT or MRI, do yourself a favor and give these folks a call. They also work with lots of insurance companies and will get you the lowest out of pocket expense possible. Give them a call and see for yourself. You won’t be disappointed!!"
"I can not say enough about Blue Star Imaging!! Gorgeous new and immaculate waiting area to start with. Shayne Kaiser at the front desk worked me in the schedule same day and explained all info and procedure to me. Their prices are very fair and not like other IMAGING places."
