"Excellent service! We were traveling cross-country in our F-350 with our travel trailer when the truck developed a significant shake. We needed help ASAP to stay on our schedule. Our Customer Service Advisor, Lee, and tech Jeremy came to our rescue! They even invited our dogs to stay in the AC while they mounted two new tires (one rear tire had blown a belt)! I would rate more than 5 stars if I could. We were back on the road in less than 2 hours despite all the bays being full! "Update, Brakes are all replaced by yours truly! The pics below from Ford are the 3" drums and shoes. The other pics are the 2.5" drums and shoes that actually fit my E250 from O'Reilly auto parts. Bearings were not bad when checked. 5/18/23 - Ford quoted me 1600 for a simple rear drum brake replacemet and 1200 for rear wheel bearings on a 89 E250. Seems like they're trying to take advantage of customers at this location."
