Sonic Drive-In

"I usually enjoy coming here, as the food and goodies are really good, but tonight I'm extremely disappointed. I ordered food about 10 minutes ago and I got the new BBQ burger with two patties expecting to get a decent amount of pork and unfortunately to my surprise, there was almost no pork on my burger! Not only that but hardly any fries and the drinks we ordered weren't even filled all the way. I spent about 45 dollars on food that wasn't even filled all the way and a burger that had very little pork unlike shown. They drowned it in BBQ sauce which is no problem at all but I just wished there was more pork as I expected! I was pretty hungry tonight and expected something different then what I got. I'm quite disappointed. I hope you guys can fill your fries more and fill your burgers more then a small dollop. For 45 bucks this was very disappointing."

"Never had an issue here until I went today 1/02/2024 at 11pm where the rude guy on drive thru yelled at us all nasty after not hearing what he said ONCE. Look idk where they find them but if you don’t want to work there then quit and if you stay it’s clear you need the job so act like it. I work at a food place and would never act as miserable to customers like this guy. Go to the sonic on edgemere right in front of El Dorado instead much better service with not miserable people."

"It was not busy at all in the evening, the service was excellent and the food was good. While we were ordering we had asked for two shakes but the staff member taking our order did not write it down. So our order came out without them, but they quickly corrected it and charged us for the shakes and brought them out immediately. So I recommend to speak slow and clearly when placing your order. But again the staff was nice and the food is as expected"

"It’s always the same thing with these places. All I wanted was to get my wife and daughter some ice cream, and not only did it take 8 minutes to get a shake and a sundae, but everyone inside, on their phone. I think these tik tok teens should be working for tik tok instead. Maybe they’d have a little bit more pride in what they do. Won’t be back. Manager should be ashamed of themselves."

"Upon further review, this place always takes forever, new years or not. Today the icing on the cake was the rude employee. Avoid at all costs. Head down to the Rojas location where they can actually get you your order in under 15 minutes. Old review: Came on new years day at 1030p and the staff were overwhelmed with customers (I guess they are the only ones open today). The staff were all hustling despite the long wait. A+ for effort!"
