"Worst place ever. I’m a Medicare patient. I paid my 20% and then got a bill for 2,073. They didn’t file it with my insurance correctly and say it’s my problem I guess. They lied to me several times and have hung up on me as well. They said they were going to investigate it on my last review and nothing came of it and never called me back. They only apologize on the review page to save face but they dont follow thru they just wanna act like they care but I feel like they don’t at all. I’ll never go back there."

"Touchstone imaging was fantastic from the check in too the tech taking you back for the CT e-mailed me the paperwork to fill out before I arrived in their facility made the process very easy all they had to do was get my ID's and Insurance card copied. This facility was very clean and organized very pleasing to be in. All of them were happy and pleasant my tech was great explained everything completely and when done asked me to wait for CD to take to my next Dr. Appointment. When the tech brought it out and gave it to me was told to have a pleasant day that's nice to get. I think all patients were received by the tech within there time limit of appointment. Everyone here seemed to be pleasing and had a great attitude would definitely recommend use of this facility. Very smooth process runs like clockwork."

"I recently got into a car wreck and was recommended this place through another imaging company. Upon arrival very clean inside and out. Front desk was very well prepared, when it came down to having my paperwork ready and getting me signed in. They were also very professional and kind. It wasn’t until I got called to the back by Trish or Tricia, she look very unhappy with her job, by her tone and action. She never put a smile on her face throughout my entire appointment. I had to get and MRI done, so-fast forward to me entering the machine. She told me I had to be in the machine for 20 minutes and so five minutes pass by I told her my chest and my body was hurting bad and she say to me with a aloof look on her face, I’ve never heard anyone say that before very bluntly. So I say to her, I am telling you this is how I am feeling and she says it’s not the machine it must be you and the pain from the wreck and I said no this is a different kind of pain. Mind you I went in for my leg and hip to be looked at and she puts my entire body in the machine. Then she proceeded to say well you don’t have to go through with this, we can tell the insurance company that you refuse to do the procedure. My grandmother once told me , if you don’t have anything nice to say don’t say it at all. So I got up, went to put my clothes back on went to the front and ask the clerk what was the lady name who was assisting me and they told me and I left. I’m going to sit this here."

"Scheduling staff was friendly and got me in quickly. I was sent a form to fill out prior to arriving and that was very easy. Check-in was a breeze. I waited for fewer than 5 minutes. The technician was friendly and efficient. The whole experience was as easy as it could have possibly been. Thank you for creating an excellent organization!"
