"The food here is good, that’s why I come back. But the service is the worst. Staff is VERY SLOW, don’t even greet customers, if you’re picking up orders (like me today) they completely ignore you. I placed an order online, I got the notification it was ready for pick up. I’ve been waiting for 20 mins and I was just told they’re going to start working on it. If you’re in a rush or like good service, go elsewhere, maybe the Lee Trevino location (haven’t had issues there). Same if you’d like to get your food on time, or if you’re not in the mood to deal with rude and careless staff. Otherwise, bring a book for the wait and enjoy your food :)"
