"Did not fix my issue, made things worse! Went in for a charging issue, kept my phone for 4-5 hours. Upon pickup was told my screen and charging port had both been broken in the process. They were replaced for free, but I ended up still paying the $55 labor fee, even though my phone is now even worse than before. I’m not able to play a Facebook video at this point, the screen is dim on full brightness, and I am permanently seeing a dim keyboard on any screen I am on. But, in order to cover their butt they told me my motherboard was going down. Mind you this phone had no issues other than not charging on a chord! Save the gas and go somewhere else!"
"If you can travel to go to a different store do it!!!! You’ll have it done faster and won’t have to go in three days in a Row and still not have your phone working right, saddest excuse for a staff I’ve ever seen if you don’t wanna be there go home don’t take it out on customers. I’ll never be back and if you read this review Doooo not go here, you will be highly unimpressed and be better off just keeping the dollar you would spend here"
"A loved one of mine went here with an issue of not remembering a password, the guy was rude and and hatefully told them they needed to go to Walmart and buy a notebook to keep up with those that’s what they’re for. He also charged $65 to factory reset a device and then tried to tell them the device was falty and didn’t work said it just kept asking for them to log into their google account, they brought it to me worried of what they could do and I logged in with no issues using the same email and password, and actually saw the error message it was giving. This company is just taking advantage of people and charging an arm and a leg for it. Despicable."
"Absolute worst experience i ever had. Worse customer service. Worse business. I spent over 400 on a screen didnt even work. Cheap took in day of that didnt work that screen came in and it broke on counter and they refuse to fix. Cheap products. I own business and warranty products and make sure my customer happy when they leave. I could of and did buy new phone by tome i left their store. I never recomment them. We used often even for security camaras done us wrong."
"Excellent job. Lightning knocked out my router & so I had no service, so they fit me in to get taken care of right away. While Robert was here I had him go through & take care of any viruses I had. The computer was like new."
