"I don’t think I ever realized this was the same business that’s on Fry St in Denton. It explains a lot about me. I have been a short term customer, only the last few years since COVID, but I have found the staff here to be incredibly helpful and more surprisingly knowledgeable about their products and glass. I would say I’m a bit niche about my smoking with an enail and dab rigs and this is the only place in Denton county that has more than one person who knows what they’re talking about AFAIK. They also have spare Puffco parts and several discontinued glass part bins for both erigs and enails to rummage through if you if you need something discontinued."
