"I rented a No Smoking room yesterday so of course I did not smoke in the room. Yet the hotel is charging me 100$ claiming I smoked in there because it smelled of marijuana. Even though I did not smoke in there at all the owner is refusing to refund me my money. So this hotel will steal your money for absolutely no reasons. When I tried speaking with the owner he was very rude and hung up on me as well. His name is Rene Palacios and the other manager whom i also spoke with and made the claim is Anne Morales."
"Lady at front desk was very rude her name amoral. I had called to advise we are coming from far so we will be arriving around 1am took us a day in a half to arrive. Once we showed up she seemed annoyed to have to check us in. She had locked up already when it says late check in is 7am. Room smelled terrible. Beat up shower was disgusting. No blankets just the sheet. Looks nice from outside but inside is a different story"
"Don't have your card to enter the room near your car keys or phone because it will not work when you leave and try to come back into your room. The lady in the front desk is so nice and will help you out and as long as you leave it clean, no damages you will get your deposit refunded! Pet friendly environment! Can't beat the price. Enjoy your stay!"
