"I used this shop for 2 years with NO problem.Then I mistakenly called them, when I was out of town because I thought they had charged my card.I found out the charged was actually a smokehouse brisket restaurant we had been too.I called them and profusely apologized about my mistake. Six months later, I go and buy some more gummies and I have noticed the plastic containers seem like there’s less than the advertised 30 gummies. I go buy some today this time I count them.There are 20 gummies, ten less than there are supposed to be.I called the store and I tell Jeanne, whom I had just spoken to about my suspicions. I tell her there are only twenty and sweet as pie tells me she will call the manager. I waited and called her back and her tone was 180. She said they knew who I was after the CC incident and she spoke tothe manager and they knew what I was up too! I said are you accusing me of stealing? There is a thief somewhere and I get blamed."
"I have been going to this specific smoke shop for the past 2 and a half years. And when I say I’ve never seen a more informative and helpful staff in the flower mound area. The employees at this location are not only personable but very considerate. And a personal example is while searching for a new cartridge for my battery I was overwhelmed by the variety of options of cartridges. And luckily a staff member named Jenny noticed my confusion and kindly offered her assistance. But almost every time I walk in those doors the staff will listen patiently to my preferences and dislikes. They take the time to explain each feature/description and benefits, of their available products. Thanks to their personalized advice, I ended up selecting a cartridge that perfectly suited my preferences, and I've been thrilled with its performance ever since. They really are the best in town!"
