"It's not a butcher shop. It's owned by a company in Brazil and none of the meat even comes from Texas. So, if these things are important to you like they are me then you'll need to go elsewhere. However, if those things aren't important to you they have a wide selection of frozen meats."
"Brian was an associate there and was most helpful! It was my first time in the store and I was only looking to browse but left with quite a few things. he made me feel welcomed. "Oh man, does this place have the best steaks for the best prices. My husband and I love prime ribeyes and were hesitant to try Wild Fork, but they were absolutely delicious and the most tender steaks we’ve ever had (and believe me we’ve had many). They were also dry aged. Wild Fork is now our new favorite place to get steaks. The hazelnut and cocoa beignets are also delicious. The manager working the store was also very insightful and helpful. We will definitely be back!"
"**Update 4.26.23** Wow! On the lightly smoked chicken wings. There's about 20-25 per bag and they are ready to eat from frozen in about ~15 minutes in the air fryer. The first bag didn't last the week. You won't be ordering out for wings after you try these. Quality product. Good and clean meat shop. Mostly everything thing is flash frozen. Mostly meats but their is also frozen veggies and veggie burgers, seasoning and even charcoal. They even have frozen basil, dill, cilantro and saute onions. There were a few things we picked up and will be back for sure. The staff was also helpful and new the layout of the store. She was able to direct me right to the section of me or fish I was looking for. 4.11.2023"
