"No longer serving Weakley County since Dec., 31 but will not pipe up their cans. I have called and they were going to pick them up and to leave them in front yard. Well, here it is Feb.16, 2024 and they still won't come get them. I will not leave them in my yard forever!!!!"

"I would honestly give 0 stars if I could. We’ve used this service for the past few years and it’s AWFUL. They constantly miss pickup, not just for us but for our entire street! My grandfather called and the woman was surprised that they hadn’t picked up any trash in the area and was VERY unhelpful. Our trash can has now been full since before Thanksgiving- it’s now December 1st. My family has now switched to a new service that is much cheaper and MUCH more reliable."

"Been on hold now for 24 minutes, was told I would get a can delivered over 2 weeks ago. Been told next Friday twice now. By looking at the reviews and talking to my new neighbors, if I could afford my own truck and cans, I would have plenty of business. Raccoons got into my trash outside, now that it is piling up in my house, I now have ants. Had to put down a deposit immediately when I signed up for service. Could have used that for a dump run. Why charge for it until if and when the can is delivered. This is no way to run a business, but your all that's available, so what do you guys care. You will make your money. It is now 32 minutes and I'm still on hold"

"Called their "customer service" line (they don't actually know the meaning of the words) 7 times since Feb 17, it's now July 1. Had a broken can that needed to be swapped out and each and every time they claimed it would be picked up the next week..... never was. So I refused to pay my next quarterly bill and they attempted to CHARGE ME an extra $65 for discontinuation of service. (Let's see...no decent can for 5 months...I don't pay for 3 months... aaand I owe YOU more money). There is a serious disconnect between their remote customer service reps and the local people on the ground... the business model is a failure. Got the attention of a customer service "manager"when I refused to pay.... and she was as ineffective as all the previous reps in getting anything done. Just happened to run into a local republic employee on the street that I worked with 25 years ago. Told him about my problem... had a different can THE NEXT DAY. It's no wonder Republic recently lost 3 cities full accounts in our area. I can save you guys some money before you go bankrupt... fire your entire customer service department and the managers they supposedly communicate with locally... you're better off not lying to your customers."

"I don’t usually leave one star reviews, but this company is truly terrible. Our trash hasn’t been picked up since 5/20. Every time I call, they say the truck is coming that day. Spoiler alert: it doesn’t. If I report it online, it says it will be picked up in 2 business days. Spoiler alert: also a lie. Yet, they keep taking my money. Horrible excuse for a company. Don’t get my started on when my trash container was stolen and it took them a month to get me a new one. I heard every excuse in the book."
