"I don’t normally write bad reviews, but I felt the need to let you all know. If you have an insurance provider that carves out or outsources their medical coverage to another provider (that they are in network with), don’t bother with this urgent care. They don’t seem to understand how that kind of billing works. I’m not disgruntled, just annoyed because this place came highly recommended and they wouldn’t even try to verify the insurance. What a shame."

"My husband, who is incredibly meticulous about his medical care, just came back from this office ecstatic to have met such an excellent team of healthcare professionals. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Cody, the PA, was awesome, makes you feel extremely comfortable and treats his patients with the utmost respect. There’s a reason that this place has such high ratings!"

"I used to like this place. I don't know if they changed owners or not but I will tell you my experience. I wanted my dad to be seen for an eye issue he had been experiencing so first I called to ask about the cost with his insurance. I spoke with a girl but I didn't get her name. She had put me on a long hold then eventually asked for my dad's insurance information. I provided that because I wanted to know the copay. I read the info on the card. I got placed on another hold. She then came back to tell me she couldn't provide the copay info over the phone because they were not allowed to do that. She asked me to bring the card in person. So my parents go and my dad gets told his insurance was not accepted when initially I was told it was. Ana (front desk) said because I had not told them my dad had a secondary insurance when I was asked about it. Keep in mind I had read the dual part of the insurance card when I gave the insurance info over the phone. They deal with this all the time but they couldn't tell me over the phone it was not accepted. So I opted to pay out of pocket. Even then she asked me the reason for my dad to get seen. I repeated it to Ana because I had already explained the reason to the other girl and the other girl had told me to just explain the symptoms to the doctor. Ana said they couldn't do much for my dad there because they didn't have the equipment. I asked her if she was a medical assistant because she was trying to make a call for something that didn't correspond to her. I only wanted to get my dad evaluated by a physician even if no medication was prescribed. She had a poor tone and poor customer service skills. After this experience I wouldn't recommend this place. Eventually my dad was not seen there. A gentleman called me and told me the provider won't see my dad's symptoms there and that he would need to go to the hospital. Thank you for wasting my parent's time."

"was seen early at 9am. The Doctor was great and the X-ray tech. just I wasn't given a written prescription because they said the doctor usually sends it to the pharmacy. my pharmacy didn't receive a prescription.I then called The receptionist at Southwest at 4pm and was told the their system had been down all day and that they have nothing to do with the systems operation. I said then why wasn't I given a written prescription, to which she replied, give us 2 more hours and it should be sent. Just Great ,when my Walgreens closes at 6pm."

"Great service. The staff and physicians are always very friendly. They always take care of us every time we go in. We’ve been coming here for 5 years & have never had any problems. Wait times are usually short. I prefer going here then my primary Dr’s office."
