"Absolute joke. Made an appointment for 9:20am, just in case a walk-in basis would be high in demand. Showed up at 7:30am to wait for opening. 8am doors open to check in at the kiosk. Only male tech is rude and explains that there are 210 other patients scheduled today and basically anyone's needs don't matter. Tried to explain I needed a test done before 9am solely because of a medication so I showed up early and wouldn't mind being seen as a walk-in if I would be able to be seen earlier. Completely disregarded my attempts and put me down for my 9:20am appointment. More than 5 walk-ins were seen before my name was even moved up and there were still names popping up and being removed before mine with appointments. Booked it to LabCorp, called in five minutes and barely made my 9am cutoff for my blood work. Never again. Unorganized and insane methodology of calling in patients. If I'm there before 9:20am and you're going to make me wait over an hour just because I'm not an official walk-in, why even make an appointment?"

"Making the appointment was easy. Wait time was short. Staff was friendly and courteous. Lab draw was quick and easy. I'll be back."

"I created an account online. Made my appointment online. Day of the appointment received a text with a link to check in when I arrived. Got there checked in with the link. Called back within 5 minutes. Paperwork scanned and entered. Blood drawn by friendly and professional staff. Total time it took from arrival to leaving. 15 minutes. Do yourself and Quest a favor. Do everything online. Makes it quick and easy for everyone. Thank you."

"Not able to talk to anyone over the phone. Went in as a walk in, waited at the counter for about 10min because I had paperwork, no one showed. Finally just used their self service stupid kiosk. Was given an "appointment" time, and still waited over 30min AFTER the time given because like they say "appointments are given priority". Well maybe if you guys answered the phone I could have known that and made an appointment. Worst quest I've even been to in MULTIPLE states."

"I went in as a walk in, I asked the lady that came to the door if I needed to make a appointment. I was told no to just press the button that said wait. Well I waited for over 2 hours, people that were walk ins came a hour and a half after me were taken care of. I finally asked a man why I kept getting moved to the bottom of the list, I was told because I didn't press a appointment time. I was told not to. I plan on making a complaint!! Don't go to quest at Woodrow bean, they really lack customer service."
