"Today I received the first invoice for services provided less than 30 days ago by this facility. The invoice was marked "Past Due" and included threatening language: "This statement is a final effort to collect the past due balance on this account. Please be aware the past due balance may be sent to an outside collection agency if payment is not made within 15 days from the date of this statement." It is bad business use such threats on the first and only invoice I have received for these services. Other than that, the service is good - they just don't know how to do the business side of things."
