"My daughter and I are here for an mri. One of your front office staff which I can only gather also works at redd rd based on her comparisons of horrible patients at each location has been complaining about the people and stating that they are so rude and just speaking completely unprofessional of all of the customers she gets off the phone with. Afterwards she continues talking pretty disgustingly with the other staff member cursing people and acting even more inappropriate. I get up and ask her name (which btw was Victoria) I inform her how unprofessional it is to have to sit in a lobby and be subjected to her commentary. Train your staff better!"
