"This store is HORRIBLE! Just tried to go in and print some documents that I desperately needed. Went up to ask for help 3 TIMES! She gave me NO ASSISTANCE and helped everyone else that came to the counter when I was there way before anyone else was. Ultimately I was charged and only got 2 blank pieces of paper!"
"I have been in this store a half dozen times, 5 times specifically to try and mail a FedEx envelop with a pre-printed label. Three of those times, there were absolutely no flat mailing envelops for FedEx, and two of those times they didn't have the plastic sleeve for the mailing label. The employees were not real helpful, and in fact didn't seem to know much about the whole FedEx product line. They suggested I just use a USPS mailer instead, saying "that probably should work." Well, for what I was mailing, "probably should work" wasn't what I was looking for. Disappointing and frustrating. Does FedEx know they are contracting with a clueless store?"

"Employees are courteous enough..... but courtesy doesn't always go [ALL THE WAY]. EVERY time I visit the Copy-Print section... at least ONE machine is ALWAYS out-of-service. Somebody, ANYbody, PLEASE... retrain the guy with the beard and the entirely too long ponytail (I always cringe when I walk in, and he's the only one working that section) The tall guy with glasses is Top-Notch though...very knowledge and helpful... always get quick and excellent results from him."
