"We attempted to use this company for a leak in our bathroom. We were told they would call us the next week to set up a time to come out and check out the situation. They never called. We had to call them. They refused to come out and work through our home warranty. That’s their choice but it’s quite unprofessional to state they’re going to call to do a job and never call. Instead we had to call them and they then charge their minds and refuse a job. We’ll keep that in mind for all other jobs and references we give others."
