"I cannot write enough good things about the BSA Diagnostic Clinic. Dr. Mitchell has been my PCP since 1996 when I first had my own health insurance & had to find a PCP. She just started her practice in Amarillo. She has saved my life numerous times since then. Dr. Mitchell is wonderful. She listens to me & my concerns. I recommend her anytime someone needs a new PCP. I also have two other outstanding doctors here…Dr. Carlisle & Dr. Ellington. All of my doctors & front line staff are kind, professional, and responsive. I am always treated respectfully & with a smile. I want to say THANK YOU to all of them for always taking good care of me."

"Absolutely the worst clinic there could possibly be, i love my doctor, but the administration is absolutely terrible, told me i had a procedure scheduled, didnt hear anything so i called and they said oh a computer glitch deleted your procedure in the schedule. No notice was given to me. Supposed to have it on monday, called friday and told me not scheduled, then they told me it is my fault i didnt call sooner. Only place that does billing is closed fridays and no backup. If i hadnt called i would have had to prepare for something they didnt have me for, stop blaming your patients for your ineptitude."

"I have 2 physicians that are located in this complex, as Amarillo doesn’t have but 2 Neurologists in town.. Dr. Milligan, my neurologist, is very kind and does excellent care of his patients! The staff are always so helpful and friendly! There’s always never a wait to be called back by the doctors staff! I love BOTH physicians in this complex! Dr. Mooring is my Pulmonologist and he’s just so kind and caring! He’s a cowboy, always dressed in boots and jeans with a button down shirt!! He’s a hoot!! I just adore both doctors that I have in this complex! They are like old school to me, bc I’ve been a nurse since 1996, and back then nursing was totally different as it is today.. Now, most are all about the Medicare money and they slide on patient care? Not here! Both of my doctors here at BSA Diagnostic Center are so wonderful!!"
