It would have been ok had I only paid the normal fee without asking for the extra care to be taken on the paws. "We took our baby here a few weeks ago. They did a good job but didn't feel very welcomed by the staff member who took our appointment over the phone and greeted us when we came in for the appointment. She seemed very put upon. We would still recommend them because whoever did the actual grooming did a wonderful job."
