"Hope you're not in a big hurry for results... it took them 1 week to complete results and get them to my Dr. Seems unacceptable to me. The lady that did my MRI was very sweet and accommodating. She is the only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 1. After reading the reviews, I think Preferred Imaging needs to make some improvements! I came here only because my insurance dictates where I can go."

"I wish i could give zero stars. October 11 my wife had ct scans done on her stomach. Here we are November 6th and we still have no results. The excuse I keep getting is their system has been down this whole time???? Not good enough when you are dealing with peoples lives. They sure had no issue collecting payment that day. I see why this place has 2 stars. Sad. Very sad"

"Not impressed with Preferred imaging. The first time I went I waited over an hour after my scheduled time, and then could not do it because of issues with claustrophobia. Why don’t they ask those questions before so I could have gotten the needed sedation prior to wasting my time and theirs. Felt like I was a bother to the tech. Second time my wait was well over an hour after my scheduled time and I told the tech i needed a towel over my face. They definitely need to make an improvement with their tech having more empathy. I then had to call over and ask them to send over my images to my doctor. They said I will send them right over, well got to appointment and the office had not received them. I will definitely request a different place next time."

"Lol I was made to wait before check in. The actual check in consisted of Name, then directly to ID, insurance card and Form of payment.. I replied payment before paperwork??? The entire check in treatment was very Uncomfortable, so much so that a whole nother person had to finish my check in.. The gentleman who checked after me over heard their comments about me and shot me an Oh dear Look. I just smiled. Very very sad place!! Never again.. I will let my doctors know.."

"I hope to never have to use this company again for an MRI. Staff is extremely rude and it is obvious that you are just cattle and not a person. They want you in and out they don’t want to deal with discomfort or fear that you might be experiencing. I asked for more cushion and was immediately put in my place “if this cushion doesn’t help I will inform your doctor you cannot tolerate this and you can seek out other testing elsewhere” how about here is additional padding…does that feel better? The scheduling staff that called me to remind me of the appointment was also unkind to the point where I cancelled that appointment and called back a few days later to speak with the office manager where I was told that the staff had extensive training on how to treat patients but she would talk to this person. With all this being said it is clear to me that the employees have a toxic work environment and this type of behavior is accepted and you will not be treated like a paying customer but a nuisance to them."
