"Norfolk Southern frequently grounds shipping containers after normal business hours (5PM) on a Friday and gives the consignee a mere 2 days to receive the container before charging storage fees. Trucking companies are not open on Saturday or Sunday. We have no way of avoiding Norfolk Southern's excessive storage fees due to their unethically bad business practices. We recommend to avoid doing business with this company at all costs."
"This company seems to think that they own the roadways. Their trains are constantly stop stopping and blocking traffic. If your systems are old and flawed, then upgrade them, this is outrageous."
"Everything about this place is a joke. Bad equipment...bad management and hard to get anyone to help you when they load a box on top of the lock pins that are turned the wrong way...or on a chassis that has flat tires. Lazy...incompetent employees"
"They have changed up some staff lately which helped a little but the congestion at this place will absolutely kill your day if you have to come here more than once. The crane operators seem pretty good but they cant keep more than one or two running at a time which causes the long waits which forces companies to charge the customer more money for congestion fees."
"Always a good experience picking up and dropping off 53's. keep all their equipment in well repair. Paved yard is a big plus. Drayage entrance is off of W.8th st. A little tight to enter and exit, so make sure to get on cb channel 14, and announce "coming in/out the rail""
