"They over vaccinated my daughter. They gave her a vaccine she got in 2020. She did not need it. Then they also gave her another one too early. The nurse said she needed the vaccine at 16 but they gave her one at 15. The nurse on shift said they made a mistake and that's it. No accountability. I am so upset. This has made me lose any trust I had with them and their medical errors."

"When my kids went here, we loved all the drs. We were seen every time we needed to be seen for sick appts. Always called back within 5 minutes, always felt like all of my concerns were listened to, and that they truly cared. Recently trying to change pediatricians due to a move, Lori has been so patient and kind during what has been a nightmare trying to get in somewhere new. Not only Lori, but the whole staff at Madison Peds has always been nothing but kind and helpful. I wish all places could be this way!"

"We have been going here with our littles since we moved here 2 1/2 years ago. I loved our old office that our oldest had seen since birth. Initially, I was worried because some people had experiences. We were welcomed and taken care of with the best care possible. When I had my youngest he joined with a different doctor and has had great care! We love Dr. Hazelwood and Dr. Fitzpatrick they treat our littles like their own!"

"Avoid this place like the plague!!!! We’ve taken 4 kids here for over 15 years. Yesterday I received a bill from services dating back in October 2021 for over $800. When I called, I was somewhat appalled when their rude billings person, Diane, stated that I needed to reach out to Anthem. She shared they are having several issues receiving payment from Anthem and that Madison Pediatrics is just billing customers to let them handle the issue(s). Great customer care, right?! After contacting Anthem, it was ultimately found that the paperwork wasn’t filed properly in 2021 for 1 of my children (because my other 3 children’s claims were paid in full). That’s on Madison Pediatrics. Now, since the weren’t filed in a timely manner and the fact that Madison Pediatrics has out of date systems, we are ‘hoping’ everything works out through the US Mail. I’m sure if it’s not, I’ll be sent to collections - like I was several years ago over THEIR $10 error. This is the final straw for my family. I can only imagine how many people will pay these bills that are being sent rather than work with their insurance company which Madison pediatrics is unwilling to do. From my point of view, this is an unethical practice."
