"They once dismissed me as a patient without warning cuz I had to tell them a better time frame I could do since morning times wasn't good. Then when I refilled papers to get back in other office they literally called me a month later to cancel my 1st appointment so now waiting another month to even see the only guy that does intake part cuz they erased my records from other office which I had already done 3 appointments with & got a diagnosis smh. Terrible to be so uncaring"

"it is a ok place. but not much help given.. you have all these disabilities but they wont sign papers to help you get ssi. nor will they type up work accommodation to help employers have a idea where to place you on the job. the drugs they give you help .. they give you people unexpience newbie therapist that have no idea what to do for you. and dont pit down notes explaining why you have the mental condition and how it effects you.."

"I missed taking my son to one appointment, and then I cancelled one appointment due to the ice storm we had. All that happened within the same month. So they sent me a letter saying they were closing my child’s case and that he would no longer be seen there. When I called and asked about it the receptionist was extremely rude and very unhelpful. I was told there was absolutely nothing that could be done or any exceptions to be made in regards to my child continuing to be a patient there. I asked that I be transferred to my child’s therapist’s voicemail so I could ask him if there’s nobody in the entire company that could make an exception or some how help my child. He never returned my phone call."
