"I have had nothing but positive experiences with MetLife Pet Insurance. The insurance premiums are reasonable. When I file a claim It is immediately acknowledged upon receipt. There is very little down time between when my claim is received and evaluated. I enjoy the excellent communication between the adjusters and me regarding a claim and have had good turnaround regarding reimbursement. To date I have received excellent service and look forward to continuing business with MetLife Pet Insurance for future pet family members. I have also recommended MetLife Pet Insurance to friends.
