"Salesperson seemed welcoming but he lied about our order. Not a 24 delivery and guaranteed it.. Also, the driver calls and says we have to have box springs for our adjustable.. Really. Sales guy said.. I checked and they were in stock. yeah right. Just lies.. Will never shop here..."
"If you buy a mattress on sale but have to do an exchange, they charge you full price for the exchange. The comfort guarantee is a gimmick. Buy directly from the manufacturer and use the store as a testing ground to figure out what you want to order. They're great if you only want to spend money, the customer service is a joke."
"This has been the absolute worst experience I have had purchasing a mattress. The mattress we bought was too soft but when we went to exchange it they wanted to charge us $1000 extra for a different mattress priced exactly the same as our purchase. Their "exchange" program is written in very vague terms. Then, the sale rep told me that he would not charge me the $129.99 to deliver the exchange but when the final paperwork got drawn up, it was included. He said he couldn't do it any more. In the week + process to try to get an override on the added cost, I was promised twice that the manager would call me within 24 hours. Never happened. Please don't buy from this company!"
"I just went and bought a bed on monday. Marcus was great he helped me pick out a mattress that was truly perfect and i can not wait for it to get here. Also his customer service was phenomenal. I never felt like he was just tryin to just sell me a bed and get me out the door. He answered all my questions and even stayed an hour after close to help me get everything situated. I definitely recommend coming here if your looking to buy a new mattress."
"It was a great overall experience. A nice overall selection of beds and the guy working there was quite helpful with knowledge of the bed types. A bit pricey, but if you want quality, you got to pay for it."
