Customer service was amazingly quick to respond to my inquiry--a sales guy, Dustin Lane, got in touch with in minutes, and was very helpful researching and going over options. In the end, he was able to talk to the manufacturer about getting us a lateral filing cabinet in the exact size and color we wanted. Pricing was competitive with other places we looked. I think they usually deal in larger orders for businesses, since we had to sign a purchase proposal and email it back to them. Still, they were pleasant and professional to deal with for our one-filing-cabinet purchase."
