"Beautiful and high quality products but 1/5 on the customer service. The sales associates were sitting in the corner of the store chatting without acknowledging any of the customers coming in. We were at the store for almost thirty minutes and were never acknowledged or approached. When we were leaving - We went to ask the sales associate a question and the way they acted it was as if we were a burden for interrupting their conversation. Its a shame Herman Miller has such great products but their customer service is so bad"
"Nice and modern furniture store in the Highlands area of The Galleria, Houston. Options are varied and most times prices are reasonable for quality. Delivery time is longer than usual. Most staff are ok, but can do better. Mr. Dansey would actually take time to speak to you and understand your needs. Restroom available. Parking at front of store is a hassle, but there’s a garage at the back of the building which most people aren’t aware of. Overall, great store."

"Well located, pretty large space, the best place for Retro Classic iconic furniture under one roof, this side of Copenhagen; friendly and knowledgeable staff, I don't mind or have a problem investing in good furniture but some of their prices are ridiculous. Good selection of chairs and lamps. Plenty of parking on site."
