"Beautiful furniture and decor. Nicely arranged to its best advantage."
"My husband and I just left your store on Katy Rd and received no customer service after being in the store for 20 minutes. The greeting was small at best, after coming into the staff's eyesight, even though the showroom is open concept. There were no other customers in the store: just two saleswomen. We were not asked if we needed any help, or offered help upon being greeted. The saleswomen proceeded to go about their business in other parts of the showroom without acknowledging our presence as potential buyers. Luxury furniture with poor customer service: not a great representation of your company."
