A positive attitude goes along way especially, when you’re making such a long-term investment on your comfort. I wasn’t able to have my mattress delivered right away but mattress firm was able to hold my mattress as long as necessary. They’re very accommodating and that truly put me at ease. Even though we ended up trying many more mattresses, the one that Tom thought would be the one I preferred turned out to be the one I felt the best on. Very easy and quick process. "Honestly, the best mattress shopping experience I’ve ever had. I worked with Rusty and he was a straight shooter which I can appreciate. Don’t try to sell me on what you want me to have for commission sake, sell me what’s best for me and within my budget. Rusty did just that. I feel confident in my decision.
