"It was not a pleasant experience shopping at this store. There were 2 problems with the dining table I purchased, let me explain: 1. The table at the store is a dark glass top, very pleasing to look at and I really liked it the first time I look at it. When it was delivered to the house, it’s clear/see thru glass. I did not like the look of it so I went back to the store and wanted to make sure they delivered the right top. 2. When I get to the store, I found out they delivered the display table, not a brand new one from the warehouse like they promised. The price of the table was $975 (keep in mind I didn’t ask for discount or bargain when I make the purchase). I kindly asked for a discount because they have no other table I like. I told them the 2 problems I stated above and explained it to them that I am stuck with a table I don’t like for a long period of time. I asked $800 for the table and we both can move on. They didn’t accept the offer but countered with a few dollars off the original price. We went back and forth (wasted an hour) over the price and they finally let me refund the purchase. They charged $37.5 for the delivery to the house and $75 to pick it up. At the end, I lost $122 ($37.5 + $75 + tax) for the delivery of a DISPLAY model table and the wrong glass color. I would not recommend this store where customer satisfaction is not the priority. The saleswoman argued with customer over a few dollars and a disrespectful attitude."
"I loved the collection, the value, and the ability to try the furniture in my space to be absolutely satisfied! It’s been a year and I have not had any issues with the quality and even with the mechanics of the recliners. Whenever anyone complements my Home on the contemporary style and design and wants to know where I got my furniture and decor... I proudly declare K&D home design! I loved the service and the products! Recommend this place highly to all my friends and family!"
