"Very disappointing experience with Sisli although the pieces are very nice. They were unable to deliver to a NYC address after taking the order due to their inability to supply certificates of insurance (fairly common in NYC). After agreeing to take shipment elsewhere and pay myself for moving to NYC, one of two items ordered arrived in the wrong color. After several weeks, a replacement was delivered but the leg was broken off. We declined delivery and have spent weeks trying to get a refund. We finally have gotten a partial refund with Sisli refusing to refund the shipping costs. Unfortunately I don't think they are trustworthy."
