"I am so disappointed in Gallery’s customer service. I purchased new couches 3.5 years ago and purchased the famous warranty they offer and demonstrate in store. May of 2020 stains appeared on my couches I called them and they came out and told me they couldn’t remove the stains and they would have new covers sent. I called to confirm and the service department then told me they could only help me with one cover and not both that were stained. UHM WHAT??? After a long phone call they agreed to send both. September 2020 rolls around and still no covers sent. I call them and Gloria had no clue where they were or what they delay was and then tells me she will have them sent by the following week. That next Monday rolls around and she calls me back to tell me they would be expedited from the company that same day and I would have them Wednesday the latest and she would provide the tracking number via email. No email received, so I call them back all to hear from Monica in service that the covers were never sent, they don’t use that company at all, and nothing can be expedited to me and I’ll receive them in 25 days. WHAT A RUN AROUND AND A JOKE!!!!!!! All she could do was over talk me and offer me a refund for the BS warranty I paid for!! We have only ever bought from Gallery because of everything Mac does for the community but after this we will never return!"

"Love love love this place! Quality pieces at a reasonable price. I have furnished most of my house from here (bunk bed w/mattresses, night stands, kitchen table and sectional). It's easy to get approved and they make sure you know exactly when and how much you should pay to finish before a bunch of interest kicks in! They deliver and offer their services to build your furniture! They are courteous, friendly and integral. I will not purchase from anyone else!"

"Tejas Furniture was great! I saw a set online that I was interested in and they responded quickly. Answered all my questions. Furniture was even better in person. Delivery and driver were superb! All around a great experience and the price was right!"

"I was excited for my furniture to arrive. It was a good price for the amount of furniture I got (bedroom set and mattress set). Delivery was free and I paid the additional fee for set up on arrival. First, when the delivery came, they forgot my mattress set. Then the delivery guy said he wasn't aware that I paid for set up. He only HELPED set up the bed, and nothing else and he left. He said that since he wasn't aware of set up, I wouldn't have to pay that fee. My family and I set up everything else. My mattress was delivered the next day. When I checked my credit card statement, I noticed I was still charged the $30 set up fee. When I asked about it, I was told that the set up fee is what I agreed to so that charge wouldn't be removed. I tried to explain that I paid for a service I didn't receive. I was told I could only get a store credit for the $30 set up fee. The store credit is pretty much useless because I won't be working with this company again."

"The service was excellent and the deal was great! I bought brand new all wood twin size day bed with trundle, three drawers and brand new mattress's, with delivery and tax $550.00 total! I will shop there again!"
