"We were shopping for living room furniture. We have two dogs and a cat. We explained to the salesman that we were looking for something durable for a home with pets. He showed us the Medici leather set. It was so comfortable and a little over budget. We sat on it for almost a half hour and fell in love. Still concerned about the animals i started asking a lot of questions. I was worried that buying leather with a cat that has claws would be a mistake and it would be punctured. He told me he had the same set and also a cat. He explained that it didn’t puncture and if i use leather wipes, any scratches would buff right off. He assured me it was the best choice. $7000 dollars spent and it’s been around 11 months. The set is ruined beyond repair. So many punctures and scratches. Leather wipes do nothing. We have had to keep them completely covered to avoid sitting on all the punctures and little tears so can’t enjoy the feel or look. We are now shopping for something new and can’t imagine anyone wanting this set enough to pay for it. I wish the salesman had been honest so we could have gotten what we needed. Instead he sold us a story and cost us a lot of money and headache. Needless to say we won’t be back for another bad deal."

"I called about about another couch I saw online but Pharis was so kind and patient helping me and getting info. We ended up spending 3 times what we came for. Staff is 10 STAR! I can’t wait to come buy more furniture!!"

"Placed an order for a bedroom set (soft close drawers on the floor model, came with hard to close drawers & headboard had marks on it) Also bought a leather couch for $6000 and it came with chunks taken out of legs, they gave us a hard time about it because we initially bought a floor model under the impression it was the last one but come to find out they were selling a new model for $600 more online, we ended up purchasing but never went back to fill out new paperwork to say it wasn’t used. They gave us a hard time about how the paperwork said it was “as is”. They are not reputable in my eyes. Very disappointed. It’s now been 3days with no fixing of the issues ***update on quality*** At the time that we bought our couch we also bought a dining table with 4chairs & a bench. This was in July. It is now November and the set is already chipping away. When we reached out for warranty coverage they say it's not covered. This place has very cheap furniture and don't stand by their warranty. I have never heard in my life a new dining set chip away after just a couple months. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING FURNITURE HERE"

"I only get this place 1 star because of a salesman named Tom! I came into the store to look for a bed in the clearance section and I had to test it out. Mind you I brought my six-year-old my oldest daughter and my sister just for this outing. We walked to the clearance section looking at bed to no laying on them getting up pressing down on them getting up laying on them getting up XYZ. I found a California king which what I was looking for And I laid on one side I told my six-year-old to get on the other side with his knees and kind of bounce just to see the vibration in the bed. Tom runs around the corner and tells us there’s no jumping on the bed that’s what gets them dirty. I go to tell Tom how are we going to get the bed dirty?how are we going to test it out If we don’t lay on it? Tom goes you can test the bed out without jumping on it and again mind you we’re not jumping my son who I asked him to put his knees in the bed and kind of bounced up or down so I can feel the different vibration because I am a light sleeper. Tom, the salesman did it because we were black. THE CLEARANCE BED WHICH WAS UNCOVERED MATTRESS, is really what he was concerned about. No we were 4 black people and he wanted to make action. Good furniture BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!"

"As repeat customers, we think the sales staff (Jerry O'Leary) is awesome! They greeted me and my family, but didn't crowd us as we browsed. We found beautiful, quality furnishings at good prices. We also took advantage of the clearance and extra savings. Delivery and set up was a breeze. A truly pleasant experience. Totally recommend!"
