"The blonde lady with the bob haircut at this location intentionally ignored me and walked past me when asking for help. I walked out and will spend my money elsewhere. I was going to buy a $2000 chair and leave."

"We were excited to learn that Pottery Barn did free interior design appointments at your house. We requested an in-home design appointment on 10/2. After selecting a time, we got a confirmation email back for the appointment. In that email, it said there would be communication before the appointment to discuss details and specifics about what we were looking for. All sounded great. A couple days went by without any communication. Then, on 10/5, a representative from the store called me to say they make our appointment because they were "short handed that day." I could choose a virtual meeting or reschedule. My problem was that surely the schedule was out on 10/2 when I made the appointment - they shouldn't have accepted the appointment if there weren't enough designers. I couldn't believe a designer could effectively make suggestions through a virtual appointment, so I cancelled it completely. We recently had our first floor completely remodeled and we were using the bedroom (room we asked Pottery Barn to design) as a test to see how the designer did - so we could give them more work if all went well. Clearly it didn't go well. Wasted my time and the time I could have used to find other designers. I guess I was expecting too much since the service is free, but Pottery Barn isn't cheap and I expected more from a store like that. Not that I think they care but a lot of lost revenue from the items we would have purchased."

"I came in this location 9/23/23 and ordered a duvet cover. They do not accept cash so i was forced in to buying a gift card and then using that towards my purchase. (no returns) I noticed once i got home the associate ordered the incorrect item. I called and spoke to both managers... I had to wait for the wrong duvet cover to arrive, return, call customer service for a merchant ecard through email and order the correct duvet cover myself. Ordered on 10/6/23. My estimated delivery was 12/4/23... and as of today the updated delivery is 12/14/23. This was my first experience here and unfortunately my last. I am not sure I can even enjoy the duvet at this point. The only thing i have received is 3 emails a day, literally. Every. single. day."

"My review isn’t if the store since everyone there was super helpful. My issue is with the company itself and the quality of the products. We specifically purchased from PB because they used to be a reputable company. We wanted to furnish our house with quality furniture but I am afraid some of it is falsely advertised and represented online. We’ve had some wins but they’ve totally missed the mark on this recliner. Posting an expectation v reality pic. The foot piece has an inch gap between it and the seat cushion, it’s been placed crooked, and the seat stitching is terrible and crooked. Not pictured- a stain on the arm rest upon delivery as well as huge wrinkles on the left side from more poor stitching."
