The in store staff is way more experienced and trained than over the phone! I advise going in person for purchases or any issues."

"Had a really nice first experience purchasing a sofa with Living Spaces. I am happy with my purchase (just received the delivery this morning) and the quality feels great for the price point and service was fast. I spent a good deal of time in the store making my decision on a Sunday afternoon and it was delivered less than 24hrs later, in some cases they can even offer same day delivery. Either way, Ranji was good people. Yeah he’s a salesman but he’s sincere enough and very personable; he juggles a lot well and is easygoing, so I was happy to do business with him. He’s not pushy, gave me my space and answered all my questions with patience. I’d shop here again and recommend to others!"

"I strongly advise against purchasing a couch from this store. I bought a couch in September with the expectation of having it delivered and ready by November. However, when the couch arrived, it was completely incorrect. Despite our attempts to explain the error to the delivery personnel, we were informed that we would need to pay a fee for returning and canceling the order. After nearly two hours of back-and-forth, the manager intervened and instructed them to take the incorrect couch back. A representative later contacted us, assuring that they would remake the entire couch correctly. The frustrating part? We were informed that we would need to wait an additional 2-3 months for the new couch, with no guarantee that it would be built correctly this time. This has been, without a doubt, the worst experience I've ever had with a furniture store. My attempts to reach out to a manager or seek assistance with our order have been in vain. Each time I contact the store, I find myself being transferred to different departments, and no one seems to have a clear understanding of what is happening. The customer service is not only abysmal, but the staff is consistently rude and unhelpful. I cannot emphasize enough how dissatisfied I am with the overall experience at this furniture shop."
