"Dear Vivi furniture, my name is Damien Davis. I made an online purchase on August 6, 2023, at 2:58 pm. I purchased the bed and mattress combo SKU 5281PU-Q August 8, 2023 you told me over the phone to cancel my purchase online through your website, knowing that I could not cancel through the website. To make things worse, you waste my time and gas money to have me drive 31 minutes to Vivi Furniture just to ignore my online purchase. $420 dollars was taking out of my account into your account and you told me to dispute it with my bank to get my money back. I felt discriminated against and then you told me to pay again if I wanted to buy the same bed and mattress combo I purchased online. Then you preceded to say pay cash you don't accept debit cards. I'm guessing just not from me because you had a debit card machine on your desk. Today, Wednesday 8, 2023, my bank just cleared $420 dollars from pending transaction to clear to Vivi furniture out of my account into Vivi furniture account. I'm guessing since you don't want to help me and ignoring my payment, I will have to call my lawyer and get the media involved to get the word out. Vivi furniture discriminated against me. Basically I just got robbed for $420 and no one reached out to me after my order. I blurred out important information on my screenshot."
"I have a wonderful experience at this store. There are beautiful furnitures all around in there. I was looking for a dining table and although the tables in store were not what I was looking for, the staff helped me looked through additional catalogs and I was able to find and ordered the dining table that I want. The table arrived the next day and looked just as good as the photo. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for furnitures at reasonable price!"
