"We’ve had the table and chairs five years exactly. The chipping begins on areas that were not even exposed to the elements. We saved money to purchase this expensive outdoor furniture. Thought this would be quality furniture. Weird how every piece just started losing its coating for no reason at the same time. I reached out to chair king customer service and of course the warranty ended in three years, when there’s no issues one can see. Our rocking chair part was covered (up to seven years). But we have to go to the store to pick it up and afix the hardware ourselves. Dissatisfied and disappointed that this outdoor furniture didn’t last longer! It’s in a covered patio. Beautiful looking furniture, but it will have to be sanded and painted soon."

"RUN! If I could give a negative star I would! We ordered patio furniture back in March of 2021 Its November and we still do not have a complete set. In store shopping we were told they had the most inventory of any patio furniture in Houston. We were told we would have our furniture in 4-6 weeks. After this time went by we had to call to find out items were backordered. Since we have received 1-2 pieces at a time. Every time we call we get a different person with a different excuse. We were happy that this nightmare would be over soon by receiving our last items 9 months later only to discover they are incorrect. Wrong color and wrong size back to square one with no answers! Nightmare continues! Update: Dear management team being in procurement myself I'm completely aware of delayed lead times. However I do not wait for my clients to call me every month for a status updates I reach out and communicate any delays. I asked to cancel this order at 6 months after I was promised I would have it in 4-6 weeks I was told I could not cancel. Now you can change the "contract" and allow it to be cancelled since you cannot provide the product or the correct product. Your team had the audacity to offer us our money back if we could bring the furniture to you! Then you said keep the furniture and you would refund us that the furniture was no use to you. Now you do want the furniture because you can benefit with credit for returning the furniture? I'm glad your benefiting from this! I on the other hand am out 5k have no furniture and purchased rugs etc to match the furniture I thought I was receiving 10 months ago! Then your manager gets frustrated while speaking with us? Now you plan to pick up the furniture but have still not provided me my refund. I dont think so why would I trust that? I'm also not removing my review like you asked until I get my money!"
