"Went in for a house of furniture, the only thing I didn’t find was a sectional I liked. However, my whole experience with them was great! I was given the opportunity to walk around and really discuss with my husband without someone over our shoulder. We ordered on a Sunday and had everything delivered and set up by Tuesday! Our delivery guys were great also and took extra care when setting everything up as so make sure not to damage the furniture, the floors, or walls. Super great experience!"

"I ordered a sectional and I had a few problems with the delivery. They brought the wrong color sectional to my house and I waited several weeks to get what I ordered, however when I did receive it, the sectional is beautiful and very well made. They corrected their mistake and made good on fixing the problem. I can appreciate that. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy some quality furniture at an affordable price. Ashley was great and very helpful. I love my sectional."

"The young lady who helped us was a great help. She listened to what we were asking for and found the perfect sectional for us. We ended up buying it.. took us about 20 min to get approved and walk out with a brand new sectional. It was delivered a few days later and I cannot be happier with it!! "My husband and I found Furniture Town on Yelp and read through the reviews that they had. They had a good rating and people were saying great things about them so we decided to check them out. We found exactly what we were looking for and the people were exceptionally friendly and absolutely zero pressure to buy or run our credit thousands of times to get approved for anything. They actually have a no credit check needed option and a 90 day same as cash option also. We opted for that because I’m not a fan of people running my credit for frivolous stuff. We’re very happy with our new reclining couch and even more happy that for a brand new Ashley automatic reclining loveseat we didn’t even spend anything near $1k. The delivery crew were actually early, which never happens when you buy furniture. & they were even courteous and friendly as well. I really can’t say enough how much I appreciate every person being so nice. It’s so rare these days to get quality customer service and they really provide. Oh! & the only issue I had was when I got an email from the leasing company saying my first bill was due earlier than I was originally told. I emailed them and let them know that it was explained to me that the first payment wouldn’t be extracted until after my next pay check. To my surprise I got a very nice reply back stating that they adjusted the payment date and even gave me an extra few days to boot! Everything about this company screams customer service!! These people are for sure our #1 furniture stop from now on."

"NO HASSLE and GREAT! Ashley reached out to me and within minutes, had options for me. She was pleasant and so eager to please. She made the process so easy. When I finally visited the store, she made herself available. All the staff was friendly. They know their stuff. Ashley really knows her stuff. The store is bright and beautiful, thus welcoming and with so many options. I got a terrific deal on some high quality furniture.
