Sleep Number

"My husband and I stopped by the store to check out the Sleep Number beds. We read reviews on all kinds of beds, walked thru several mattress stores, heard everything you can on mattresses and nothing compares to the Sleep Number beds. We were greeted with a smile by the Manager of the store and introduced to our salesperson Chandana. First of all the store is beautiful, eXtremely cleaned, all mattresses available were on displayed and well lit to see the products. Chandana is wonderful!! She is very personable and great to work with. She is knowledgeable of the sleep number products. She asked us loads of questions regarding our sleep habits; eg: side sleeper, back sleeper, etc. She showed us each bed available, what functions are available, warranties, 100 nights trial & cost. She took her time with us, answered all of our questions and if she didn’t know the answer, she had no problem going to her Manager to ensure she responded correctly. Finally after months of looking, we decided on the Sleep Number Smart Bed. As of today, no regrets. We’ve only had the bed a few days and I’ll provide an update. As of now, I have had some of the best night sleep. Also thanks to Louis and Roy who set up our bed. They called to let us know approximate arrival time. Then when on their way, advised exact time the would arrive. They were spot on!! They were quick in setting up the bed properly, Louis noticed a defect on part of the mattress, immediately called it in for a replacement. A date has already been set by customer service. They picked up all the wrapping the bed came in & Louis explained to us how to work the bed. They left the room spotless. They are wonderful! Great guys & personable. Thanks Chandana, Louis and Roy—y’all are great!! Keep up the good work!"

"I Recently got me a mattress from the champions office Houston TX. Chandana J who “helped me” lying saying that what I got was just fine and that i do not need any base from THEM to get my mattress to work properly, I do have a video of the conversation and I feel like i got played by her. Is clear she just wanted her money, she did not care about the fact I needed this for my dad who is hospitalized and needed a special bed asap. Not to mention they took a whole month to deliver this, delivery people are very nice and they told me they always lie to costumers just to get the sell. Pls dont waste your money and your time buying here. Bed is NOT WORTH IT, looks like 2 twin beds from Walmart. Almost 3K “King size bed”"
